Forum MVP Grateful_Bruno Posted October 21, 2008 Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 I remember attending this show back in the good ol' days... Grateful Dead live at the Philly Spectrum 3/24/1986. I have recently been really looking hard at all kinds of live shows that are available out there... archive.org , bt.etree.org , etc. It took me a while to finally figure out what was being referenced by " MOTB " when I used to see that listed on recordings. I figured there may be others out there who didn't understand this also, so I thought I would put a link to the website to help understand MOTB (Mouth Of The Beast). Below is a link to this show on archive , and also a link to explain what MOTB is all about! The purpose of MOTB is to transfer original analog masters using only the best audio technology... MOTB: http://www.motb.org/ Click on the link and read about this process. Quite interesting! Look for MOTB recordings on archive... http://www.archive.org/details/gd1986-03-2...73.92275.flac16 Set 1 Alabama Getaway -> Greatest Story Ever Told Dire Wolf Little Red Rooster Brown Eyed Women My Brother Esau Ramble On Rose El Paso Box Of Rain Set 2 Mississippi Half-Step Uptown Toodeloo -> Man Smart (Woman Smarter) High Time Lost Sailor -> Saint Of Circumstance -> Drums -> Space -> Morning Dew Encore In The Midnight Hour
