What we’ve done: Disabled the JS library, scrubbing systems, upgrading security. Will share more as we know it. And the labels actually have legit claims in their almost $1bil suit. Is archive an actual library? Libraries buy a copy of a CD and lend it out but there are so many copyrighted albums on archive to listen to free. This is hanging over archive. https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-features/internet-archive-major-label-music-lawsuit-1235105273/
Forum MVP Tea Posted October 22 Author Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 22 ......aaaand they're back down again. Don't think it's from an attack, there is much larger traffic than usual - attributed to people downloading shows and streaming (or trying to rip streams).
