Chirag
Hey now! Headed to Jubilee for the first time and camping with my 20yo son and his friend. First festival for them both.. We're all pretty excited. Couple of questions: How much food vending is available? If we came with zero food(we won't) are there enough food vendors to cover all meals? Or is it more like there's evening vendors but nothing early in the day? Water - Clean water available on-site for refilling bottles, cooking etc..? Power - Any kind of charging stations for devices? Alcohol - I did see that there are no alcohol vendors on site.. What is some of the top "I wish I knew" info that would be helpful? Is there an office page/site that has any of the info that I'm asking for above? I appreciate any info, advice etc.. Thanks!
LangeradoSoul
Welcome to the jubilee! How much food vending is available? Plenty of Vendors available first thing in morning till waaay late at night with all kinds of food-plenty to cover you if you bring nothing Water - there are spigots with water but it’s never a bad idea to bring extra Power - if you have VIP, there definitely are. Otherwise I don’t know of any Alcohol- it’s BYOB. Bring all your alcohol What is some of the top "I wish I knew" info that would be helpful? -bring clothes for every weather pattern, wet, dry, cold, hot - no glass - if you are camping in the bowl (ga camping) it’s helpful to have a wagon or cart to bring your stuff in. That being said I just carry my stuff - have a good time

Forum MVP Greg from Chestertown Posted May 16 Forum MVP Report Share Posted May 16 The only thing I picked up from reading other year’s posts, the cops are looking for the hippie types when you depart the venue. Behave accordingly.

Behave accordingly. the last 2 years have been free of profiling. It wasn’t looking for hippie types. It was a spotter saying a green Subaru leaving the grounds is on the eastbound I-70. Ramp 5 minutes from your location. That’s how on a 3 lane road with lots of traffic they just happened to only pull over festival goers. Besides friends getting arrested year 1, our neighbors this year got arrested in 2015 over some herb and Sunday night like smart people they were offering everything left over to not drive with it. With weed legal now there, they can’t use the car smells like herb excuse anymore to empty out all your possessions on the side of the road like in the past but it’s still a smart play to not carry anything sans herb out. Some peeps got busted with $10 worth of stuff and had to travel back to Ohio for court. Definitely not worth risking turning your life upside down.
