Great onstage communication, real gone jams, and some novel, well-executed transitions - particularly the segue from China Cat into Corrina. Venue is breathtaking - the old Paul Masson winery built in 1852. Mighty old for the west coast. Surrounded by vineyards, astonishing views, and a very small, intimate amphitheater. Bathrooms and water refills were kind of a trek. Security up front were pretty aggressive about keeping aisles clear and checking tickets for empty seats. But we know how to have a good time so we worked around it. I’m not going to Days Between this year but I expect nothing but excitement from this Stu-pid awesome configuration.
