Billy DeLyon
Anybody come across these videos on youtube? I've been watching a few and the guy is pretty cool. He's just getting into Dead music and breaks it down guitar teacher style. Even though I don't play guitar I find myself watching his videos just to see how much his mind gets melted hearing certain tunes for the first time. He was doing the entire Cornell show one song at a time but I did catch a few of his earlier reviews on other Dead tunes.

Forum MVP John A Posted June 11, 2020 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 11, 2020 Some months ago I watched the video of him breaking down the Morning Dew from The Grateful Dead Movie. It was equal parts fascinating and annoying.

It confirms what we already know: Jerry Garcia was a once-in-a-lifetime kinda talent. There's also videos going around of social media influencers listening to the Grateful Dead for the first time. I haven't seen a really good one yet.....
Forum MVP Rude Posted June 16, 2020 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 16, 2020 I’ve seen many of his vids. He needs to go to a show lol. He needs it to get into his soul for him to really understand it more than the technical analysis.
