sml Posted February 20, 2020 Report Share Posted February 20, 2020 This one wasn't as cohesive as Tahoe or Seattle - Some of the transitions were too forced and fell flat. As good of playing as ever and the choice of songs was lovely - The big picture just didn't come together fully for me last night. Too many highlights to try and list. Drums was rather unique and super fun. The last two shows Eaton has been playing a Time guitar. Maybe you can come clarify or say more please Rob? but from what I heard, it was the first guitar Paul Languadoc made for Trey Anastasio in 1982. I believe I've seen it before, but am unsure - Not for a long while if so. Has a wonderful percussive textural presense - He was getting some glorious scuttling crustacean sounds out of it during space.
