XChemistry
Saw John K Band in D.C. during Thanksgiving. Killer shows. He released 11.30 and 11.29 SBD on live music archive. Ratdog rythym section amazing. John did some classic Dead songs as well as I have ever heard, So Many Roads was a masterpiece. Last night another killer show. The unexpected much like the good old days in Dead Land. Wow! I am not sure Franklin's Tower didn't still the show. The jamming was intense. Reprise of 12.4.1979 Chicago Uptown Theatre. Great job DSO! Set 1: Jack Straw, Peggy-O, Mama Tried, Mexicali Blues, They Love Each Other, Minglewood Blues, Stagger Lee, Passenger, Deal | Set 2: China Cat Sunflower, I Know You Rider, Looks Like Rain, Estimated Prophet, Franklin's Tower, Drums, Space, Not Fade Away, Stella Blue, Sugar Magnolia | Encore: U.S. Blues 3 1 Quote Link to comment

Forum MVP John A Posted December 6, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted December 6, 2019 That Franklin's in the original show is the goods, with a totally one-off jam. Quote Link to comment
