Hardpan
I had a spur of the moment chance to make to down and catch the second set of this show, thanks to the kindness of GratefulDevil, who said he had an extra ticket and sent it to me. After hemming and hawing for a while, Jake convinced me to head down, pick him up on the way, and it was way more fun than my original plan of doing stuff in the basement. Highlights for me was Saint Stephen until the end of the show, great time with an enormous amount of dance space, thanks to (maybe) it being a Thursday night and having Dead and Co playing at MSG. Gotta clean up the leaves and get ready for tonight, thank you again to GratefulDevil for getting me out 😃 5 Quote Link to comment

Forum MVP John A Posted November 1, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted November 1, 2019 What's the Grateful Dead's relationship to Season of the Witch? Is it legal for DSO to play that, and if not how are fines levied? Quote Link to comment
Go Birds!
DSO Played Season of the Witch in Jamaica with Donovan. Quote Link to comment

Band Member robbok3 Posted November 1, 2019 Band Member Report Share Posted November 1, 2019 Donovan sat in with Chris Robinson in Jamaica for SOTW. We did not know that was coming last night. Lots of fun. Great surprise call by Jeff on the fly. 6 Quote Link to comment

Forum MVP Mango Posted November 2, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted November 2, 2019 I have an acoustic Zen Tricksters show from 96 in which they play Season of the Witch. Jeff does hilarious slide work on it. Love those acoustic 1996 z tricksters shows https://archive.org/details/zt1996-09-04.sbdshn16 2 1 Quote Link to comment
