Forum MVP Dead duck Posted June 7, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 7, 2019 I have most of these releases. Or “the boys” do actually. None hold a candle to Volume 8 so far for me. Sooooo good
Forum MVP John A Posted June 7, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 7, 2019 I feel more and more curmudgeonly every time a Garcia Family release is announced and it isn't a box set from Warfield '90. WHAT THE F*CK HAPPENED TO THOSE MULTI-TRACK DIGITAL MASTERS? (Especially when it's a 90s release they're announcing.) Sorry for yelling. I feel a little bit better now. Forum MVP Ammagamalin Crew Posted June 7, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 7, 2019 gotta admit, that's a dream setlist: Cats, Mission That's What Love, SIMPLE, then a Prudence, Hunter, Don't....I could go home after this one, would hate to see it on a Dupres Diamond News sheet and have missed it. I'm pretty sure these tape circulated heavily in the Ohio valley
Forum MVP Greg from Chestertown Posted June 7, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 7, 2019 Jerry Band in the Nineties was the best.
Forum MVP Mango Posted June 7, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 7, 2019 Jerry Band in the 90s- compared to the dead- is so amazing. Jerry seemed way more stoked to play in that fashion. Love me some 76-78 jgb tho! Different styles altogether.
Forum MVP Greg from Chestertown Posted June 7, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 7, 2019 Agreed. Garcia/Grisman in the nineties is sweet also.
