Forum MVP Greg from Chestertown Posted May 18, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted May 18, 2019 I’m sorry I missed that one. That set list is all good from beginning to end. I’m tired from dancing and all I did was read the set list. My feet are killing me. I gotta sit down. 2 Quote Link to comment

This marathon show also features one of my favorite Terrapins! Great selection ! Quote Link to comment

izaacb
Wow! This show hit a ton of standards from all the eras. Can't wait to see what's in store for tonight! Quote Link to comment
Hardpan
The first set was a killer, marathon length at almost two hours. Always love Passenger and Big River, a couple of my favorite dance songs. I figured after Sunrise they might close up with a quick Jerry song, as it was already running pretty long. Scarlet Fire was a big surprise and left more possibilities for set two. A rocking four song sequence to start set two had everyone moving, and the stand alone Estimated was a nice breather. Terrapin was powerful and majestic, and the Playin intro was a lovely release after getting slugged around by the Terrapin outro. Drums was quick, with Wharf Rat and the Playin reprise to close up the set. Great show, I left sweaty and satisfied, my feet hurt right now 😅 Gotta get myself moving to make a run of junk to the dump and start making my way down there for tonight. 1 Quote Link to comment
Forum MVP John A Posted May 18, 2019 Forum MVP Report Share Posted May 18, 2019 I think this show gets a bit lost in the insane greatness that was May '77, but as folks have noted it's all that. Right up there with the best shows of the month. Quote Link to comment
