Forum MVP Greg from Chestertown Posted August 9, 2018 Forum MVP Report Share Posted August 9, 2018 It’s not so much that Dark Star Orchestra is recreating the Grateful Dead experience as they are picking up where the Grateful Dead left off. This set list shows that. 4 Quote Link to comment

GratefulDevil
Would have loved to have seen SOTM. Personally haven't seen that in a while. Standing on the Moon, Mountains of the Moon, Midnight Moonlight - they missed Picasso Moon. Edited August 9, 2018 by GratefulDevil Quote Link to comment

So good. Thanks, forgot that one. Saw Mattson & Friends do Moonlight Mile at the Acoustic and at the Ardmore in March. First times i'd seen it and both great. Quote Link to comment
Forum MVP Supplicated Velvet Thunder Posted August 9, 2018 Forum MVP Report Share Posted August 9, 2018 Sigh. Lovely. Wish I was there. Woulda been my 10 year anniversary show from my first festival when I bought my first car..... 6 months later I found DSO and a year later I left my corporate smut peddling job to tour DSO and vend feats full time. Long strange trip and all that. Dude I used to work for just gave us a ride to get us on a bus home. I sure have met lotsa folks in these last 10 years. Clothed in tatters always will be........ i miss y’all a ton. Tried to make providence but got stuck at the only fest I’ve been to all summer. Weird times we live in. Really odd. but back to the battle grounds for me- see y’all on the flip side of bullshit when we can spin together again.... might appear at a black mountain if we get miracles beyond just the usual extra ticket..... never can tell. Kiss kiss I love you! 2 Quote Link to comment
