Anybody have any idea on when DSO is taking the stage? Tried calling the venue, but all they have is some recorded schedule announcement. Looks like there is a Neil Young cover band kicking off the night, who knows how long they will play. Hope for clear skies, supposed to be some peak meteor shower activity this night.

6 PM sharp.There are many great restaurants in Asbury, depending upon what you're looking for. Porta which is right behind the Pony, is an open air bar/ restaurant where most folks will be. Asbury has been revitalized, and is thriving. There is an retro pinball arcade there that is really cool. It's right on the boardwalk near Convention Hall. The beach is very nice also, but in Jersey nothing comes for free so there is a daily fee of 7$ Water temp is in mid 70's. Safe travels,.

Thanks for the heads up, looking forward to the show. Looks like this place has a pretty good capacity, huh? Gonna try to get down early from CT to attempt to beat the traffic, see how that goes.

I would give yourself enough time from CT, getting down to jersey shore on a Saturday mid -summer can be a nightmare. Although it's looking like bad weather  which might help. Does anyone know if it rains would they just have the show inside? Either way I'm going just curious

I saw them inside once when it was supposed to be outside. It was super humid and sweaty in that place. Outdoor is much preferred
