Forum MVP PoetryGirl Posted February 13, 2017 Forum MVP Report Share Posted February 13, 2017 The Dead kept space in their repertoire to many people's delight and for the other segment just would leave to get popcorn and go to the restroom. Space can be very atonal, violent and deconstructive and other times very pastoral and etheric maybe all in the same show like the 1989 Miami show. For those who like space music, what other bands have you listened to that explore "space music" that you enjoy ?

Forum MVP PoetryGirl Posted February 18, 2017 Author Forum MVP Report Share Posted February 18, 2017 Really like Miles Davis, In a Silent Way. Always enjoy Hart's musical explorations. Stockhausen is a little too crazy for listenability. You have to wonder however if he influenced space. Never really have listened to Henry Kaiser, Jr's endeavors.
