I can't either. Maybe there will be a schedule posted soon? The "doors opening" say 530 I believe for the first night, and two o'clock for the second night because Peter Rowan and the Jeff Austin band are opening.

DSO starts at 6 both nights

Really stevus?  5:30 gate makes this seem more than a little early.  Who gave you the start time?

6pm is a little tough given the summer temps but we'll make due if we have to.  I'm sure the State Park aspect of this suggests an early-ish curfew.

Anyone else confirm start?

i think i saw it on Pocohontas's FB page, but i def saw it

Just saw DSO's FB page and it says 6pm gate even though the bands website says 5:00.  Venue says 5:30 gate.  Now I'm really confused.

Gate time really doesn't matter much - showtime is another matter....

Don't worry bro, I'll wake you up when it's time to head to the stage.

weather is perfect, full moon tonite, things are looking good. last show was Jubilee so I am ready. Peace, travel safely. to all those coming from up north, leave time for the friday backup on I-95.  Last year we met folks who missed the friday show due to traffic. You don't want that to happen..........

We missed half the 1st set on friday. 5 hours from dc to chesterfield. Less than 120 miles. Insane. Overpopulation and a clear sign we are doing something wrong as humans but alas I was just another person stuck in traffic doing it wrong polluting the world. The payoff of the music doesn't make me feel so bad about it.

So glad we went. Such a great group of people as always and of course the music was stellar. Just arrived at the beach for 5 days of bronzing to get my tan on and decompress before black mountain. I realized I was a lucky guy when on night 2 the girlfriend was spinning the whole show and letting completely loose. It's not easy to break from that "what will others think" mentality when you don't care how crazy you look dancing, but once you do it's the definition of freedom. It was her fav show so far b/c she just let go completely and let the sweat flow.
