I tapped into the stream just before they came back on stage for Dark Star. That was a beautiful dark star--not a word I normally find myself using for that piece of music,,,but listening from the couch, I found this one to be truly beautiful.

What a cool show

Oh man,  its sets like these that make me rethink my whole movement forward in life!!

Some friends were pre warned about this show at Jubilee, and my God, talk about a barn burner.

So very glad some of you got to see this.

If jealousy is green, I am walking out of house this morning looking like a skinny hulk!!!!!

So before the show I am sitting outside relaxing and getting into a meditative pre dance state of mind when this guy walks up and says "hey man let me get a few puffs on that cigar". I look up and see he is there for the scene/show. I school him on the proper way to approach someone would be to politely say "excuse me sir I am out of smoke and when your done can I get a few puffs before you throw your cigar out".  So I roll him an american spirit and he tells me he doesn't smoke cigarettes... It turns out there was some other dead type music in the area and he was one of the tour rats that came to dso show on the day off. Yes I call them rats because they are the uglier seedier side of this microcosm of society. I don't care what you wear and can take the road odor but have a little respect and decency.

Way to bring light to the planet and hold awareness for this individual.!! We all need just a little more light.

That would be why I don't attend Phish shows. I have been to two. The first was in 1996, and the last in 2010. I saw Dave Matthews and Willie the night before. COMPLETELY different crowds at Fenway Park those two nights. I felt like a pinball trying to get to the bathroom among the Phish heads. No respect and awareness. I just got slammed into left and right. I love good people! I love going to DSO shows because there are really kind people there!!!

Lol PG. My only phish show was in 96 Louisville. Thought that coukd replace the dead for me. Alas. Epic fail. Don't get me wrong. I love phish, but I don't want to dance to it for 4 hours. I'm now spoiled by being so close seeing DSO that stadiums don't have much appeal anymore.
