Please...Please...Please...Please let there be a stream for PP tonight.  A cosmic bomb-drop awaits and I need to hear it since I can't see it in 3-D!

DSO  to play there and it shows.

I think Phoncert is making a push with its new app.  I bet we will be hearing lots of DSO shows to come!!!

So a little heads up.... And please don't shoot the messenger. The phonecert people let us borrow their streaming equipment to take on the road with us so we can stream shows for free. And I foresee a good percentage of the shows being streamed via this system. The phonecert people are trying to get people signed up to their system through their app and one point they may want to charge. How they do that, I don't know. They may start charging for the app or maybe per stream. Nothing has been presented to us. It's just where I see things heading. So for now the streams are free and this could last who knows how long. ... This tour, six months, a year. So have at it while you can. We thank Phonecert for helping us with these free streams. The free streams may not last as they are in business to make make money by providing a service. Of course the quality of the stream is what's important to us. Rob E, Will, and the crew are making sure that that happens and the streams will continue when time and recourses are available per venue. As for now we are just seeing if we can continually supply high quality streams with little or no interruptions. Ideally we would like to offer these streams for free from now on but realize that this may not always be the case.

It seems to me that they would have monthly or annual subscriptions and have different bands streaming. Maybe like 5-10 shows a night. I don't think a pay per stream could make the money they need to make to have the equipment at different venues etc. Also psychologically people don't mind buying apps but paying for a stream may cause hesitation. That way you aren't committed to a show or can listen at your leisure vs saying Im not going to buy a whole show b/c I only have 30 free minutes. Get some really big touring bands to create more awareness. Plus it can only help DSOs popularity if you have more people checking them out. I checked out several of the other bands on Phoncert. Heard some cool stuff.

This is really cool...something that many of us have hoped for for a long time. Huge thanks to the band for putting energy into this--I know you guys are already so maxed in producing each show and this creates a bit more work,,but it is hugely appreciated!!
