Forum MVP Tom Banjo Posted March 11, 2014 Forum MVP Report Share Posted March 11, 2014 Probably my most enjoyable acoustic show ever attended. The crowd for the first time ever was reverent and respectful.
Forum MVP Rude Posted March 11, 2014 Forum MVP Report Share Posted March 11, 2014 Probably my most enjoyable acoustic show ever attended. The crowd for the first time ever was reverent and respectful. That seems to be the problem with accoustic. The crowd feels the need to talk and with the music not being as loud the situation is exacerbated.
sudds94
This was a super fun acoustic show! Can't wait to hear it again!
Forum MVP Dead duck Posted March 11, 2014 Forum MVP Report Share Posted March 11, 2014 Wouldve loved to see an accoustic show with a respectful non chatty audience.
Forum MVP Rude Posted March 11, 2014 Forum MVP Report Share Posted March 11, 2014 Im hoping for one of those 1980 3-setters at Jubilee, or a 1970 one to satisfy any accoustic cravings.
mgtaper
This is frustrating! All the DSO JITSII shows are tracked and flac'ed, however my ISP doesn't have a clue as to why the services are still out here. I may not have service for a few weeks, it's already been 5 days. Darned ice storm! Sorry, just had to vent.
sudds94
No worries, we're excited for them to be uploaded, but you can only do what you can. I have a lot of internet problems and sometimes go to the library with my laptop to download and upload stuff.....just a thought.
Forum MVP Evangeline Posted March 12, 2014 Forum MVP Report Share Posted March 12, 2014 I loved this show! Something about it was just perfect in combination with the sand, sea and light breezes. I am a huge fan of the acoustic stuff anyway, and as Mason's Child said, a wonderfully quiet and attentive audience so each and every note could be savored. Bravo! mgtaper
The 16 bit fileset from the Acoustic show is available on the LMA for your listening pleasure. Enjoy! There was nothing I could do with the annoying chatter from the folks directly in front of the mics. Who am I to tell anyone to tone down their conversation? I just don't get why people need to converse when the band is playing? I don't mind hooting and hollering, as long as it's not directly into the mics. It still sounds pretty amazing! https://archive.org/details/DSO2014-03-02.flac16

Forum MVP Rude Posted March 13, 2014 Forum MVP Report Share Posted March 13, 2014 Thanks for doing what you do. I know it takes away from your concert experience having to fiddle with taping during a show and we appreciate it!!!!!!!!!
