A killer set list, indeed. Boy, the folks attending last night must have been able to shake off their collective winter blues in a hurry! Wish I could have been among them. "Melody" would have been especially nice to catch, but the whole show looks great on paper. Can't wait to read some comments from those who were there...

Weird, had to create a new account. Boo.

It was definitely a great show particularly the Loose Lucy, Tom Thumb's, and Lazy Lightning (my favorite; something I've had the opportunity to see live from DSO twice and once with The Dead at their first show at Alpine way back when). The second set was a little slow for my old man tastes, especially that late at night but they really brought it together with the Sugar Mag and Weight at the end.

Loved it. Awesome show.

Lots of favorites to digest here!  I guess I'll take your word for it on the pace of the 2nd set but: Stanger, Sacrlet>Fire, Alligator, GTRFB, are generally high-octane rockers.  Maybe it was that pin-drop moment during China Doll :)  Love the Original to kick things off!

Windy, cold and a little snowy for Madison tonight.  The only good thing about the inclement weather is that it will keep the cocktail-party crowd at bay and allows for better rug-cutting for those who brave the elements.  Can't help but always think of 1973 whenever Madison and GD music are paired......

It was Melody and Doll as well as the Space>Drums coupled with the late evening that did it for me. I need to take the day of a show and the day after a show off I guess ;-)

Ignore me, I'm old! :-)

Overall, awesome show. Can't wait to relive it again soon.
