As for the Hard Rock Hotel and Resort: EPIC FAIL. 4+ hours to check in, rooms in poor condition, some reservations flat out not found. Someone who used to frequent this board actually took in the group of 4 that had their reservations screwed up. They eventually got reimbursed by the booking agent but by all accounts ~ It was beyond amateur-hour. Oh well - I hope things get better for those who ponyed up the dough!
