Forum MVP GoingBackTo Where.... Posted September 21, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted September 21, 2013 Getting chills at the moment. Listening through this past years Jubilee!!! Amazingly I can remember the exact step my feet were in during parts of these songs. I am getting such chills, and a overwhelming feeling of warmth, nostalgia, and need for more. Jam In the Sand is a tough one for many of us. Its like the one year vacation, and if you got kids, its really out of the league for most. I almost felt like Pisgah was a festi in itself, but how nice would it be to have two Jubilees? One to kick off summer, and one to end it!!! One up north----and one down south!!!!! DSO brings out the best crowds and the best people:}!!!! Much kinder and gentler folks than I experienced at Interlocken. Anyhow, just my rambled thoughts while doing a half step. I can only compare listening to DSO on audio like watching porn. Forgive me some for my comparisons, but...... Its nice, its satisfying, even if you taped it yourself:}, but its not the fucking same thing as being there live and moving the hips to the most romantic music in the world!!! Thank you DSO for giving me a chance again to make love to the music Live again. As I said many times, better than sex, and fuck the role play, no matter what show...DSO is completely original and mugasmic!!!! Your sounds are now bringing tears to my eyes as I watch a storm blow over the Chesapeake:}!!! The most moving music ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Forum MVP GoingBackTo Where.... Posted September 26, 2013 Author Forum MVP Report Share Posted September 26, 2013 A date that may live in infamy at that place... Not being a smart ass CVegas...promise, as we never met, but someone shared with me that you might actually remember that day in infamy:}. For many that would be rude, but for us grasshopers, we relish the idea of being wise enough to see GD in early 70's. Just kidding about remembering, but 930 club is a place if infamy. Great sound, not fucking room to dance. Every DSO night there is a day of infamy for me!!!!!!
Forum MVP chuckvegas Posted September 26, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted September 26, 2013 Not to worry - I've had more than a touch of gray for a while now. And I have seen some interesting times at that venue. It isn't my favorite but it is unavoidable. Not to belabor allusions to our Far Eastern sisters and brothers, but the experience at the 9:30 is kind of like dancing at the Tokyo subway during rush hour while sound checking a great system.
