Forum MVP bs69 Posted October 14, 2013 Author Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 14, 2013 Great game in Boston last night. Still think the Tigers will win the series, but it got a lot more interesting. Dodgers need to knock off Wainright tonight or they are cooked. Forum MVP Tea Posted October 21, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 21, 2013 So the Tigers take the gas-pipe from Bahsten. Starters were MONEY! Middle relief and closers? Well......They brought the matches and the gas cans and burned the mother down. WTF?!? Tough to root for the Saux what with Victorino and his pube-hair beard. Nice slammy tho. Tough to root for St Louis even though it's the best baseball town in the world. Can't they both lose?

Forum MVP cm_hayden Posted October 22, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 22, 2013 Unfreaking believable, I still can't believe that the Tigers lost to the Red Socks.
Forum MVP bs69 Posted October 23, 2013 Author Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 23, 2013 This could easily go either way, but I will take the Cards in 6.

Forum MVP acududeman Posted October 28, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 28, 2013 Looks like this one's setting up for a to-the-wire classic. I'm pulling for the Sox, since the Cards have been mean to my Nats lately. And I admire the beards......
Forum MVP Rude Posted October 28, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 28, 2013 Cards can't get a runner home from 3rd to save their lives. That's not a good sign. But they have wacha in game 6 . Wacha wacha wacha. Wonder when the PAC-man lawsuits will start.

Forum MVP Rude Posted October 29, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 29, 2013 Massive pressure on wacha. I think he's having too much fun though to worry about it. Just don't pitch to Ortiz. I've never seen a hitter so hot.
Forum MVP Tea Posted October 29, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 29, 2013 Just don't pitch to Ortiz. I've never seen a hitter so hot. If the Cards pitch to Ortiz, they deserve to lose. That man is in the ZONE!
Forum MVP bs69 Posted October 29, 2013 Author Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 29, 2013 It's not that they are pitching to him, I just can't believe they keep serving pitches up to him on the inside half of the plate. He is definitely in the zone though, not chasing anything off the plate
Forum MVP cm_hayden Posted October 30, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 30, 2013 Pitching to Ortiz is the mistake the Tigers and Leyland made. For some reason I can't bring myself to root for the Red Socks.

Forum MVP chuckvegas Posted October 31, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 31, 2013 Congrats to the team and fans in Beantown for a series well played. Watching history being made as it was last night is always exciting, even for this Cards fan. Now please, for the love of God, shave!
Forum MVP Tea Posted October 31, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted October 31, 2013 Congrats to the team and fans in Beantown for a series well played. Watching history being made as it was last night is always exciting, even for this Cards fan. Now please, for the love of God, shave! Good job by the Saux. It's amazing there is a generation that only know of the Sox as perineal winners and will never know the decades of world series futility. Yep, time to shave 'em:
