Forum MVP John A Posted February 3, 2013 Forum MVP Report Share Posted February 3, 2013 It seems a serious rarity when an elective show contains nothing that immediately places it outside the purview of a recreation. Of course with World To Give it means the show would have to be from '78, but unless I'm missing something each and every other song was fair game in '78. I like it! franzerbeak
Rob said the show and setlist was 'inspired' by: 11-20-78 Cleveland Music Hall, Cleveland, Oh. (Mon) 1: Half Step> Franklin's, Mama Tried> Mexicali, Roses, L. L. Rain, Stagger Lee, Passenger, Peggy-O, Lazy Lightning> Supplication 2: Jam> Drumz> Jam> Jack A Roe, Playin> Shakedown> World To Give> Playin> Around I think the date is right. pretty sure it was a Nov 78 date he mentioned. or maybe just inspired by Nov 78. memory is hazy from the latter parts of the evening. at any rate, the disco dancin was fantastic.
