Forum MVP acududeman Posted June 11, 2012 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 11, 2012 I think this year's finals could potentially be epic. Although I'm a fan of Shane Battier, I will be pulling for OKC. I like everything about that team, especially Westbrook's nerdy street persona. Forum MVP cm_hayden Posted June 12, 2012 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 12, 2012 Yes, everyone forgets about Battier with all the other nonsense happening with the big three. My only beef with him is that he should have gone to Michigan.
Forum MVP found Posted June 12, 2012 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 12, 2012 Durant is such a great athlete and team player. Always has class and a real stand up guy. Not thuggish at all. Rooting for OKC. I'll say thunder in 7.
Forum MVP FunkyBass13 Posted June 13, 2012 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 13, 2012 Unfortunately, for me, everyone loses. Too soon for LaBron to get a ring after the Decision and too soon for Clay Bennett to get one after stealing the Sonics(not that I was a fan). I guess I'm pulling for OKC as its not the player's fault they left Seattle. Plus, they have a much, much better team. My question is, does LaBron still go to Miami if he knew that Wade would turn into a shell of his former self so quickly? What happened to that guy? Can't hit a jumper, barely finishes at the rim anymore and piss poor D. I guess that he can take solace on the fact that he is still the dirtiest player in the league. Durant's complete mastery of the game, Harden's wacky beard/hair, Westbrook's crazy glasses and shirts, Fisher's midas touch, Collison's grit, young and hungry coach. They play with terrific team chemistry..........and yes, not a thug in sight.
Forum MVP Tea Posted June 13, 2012 Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 13, 2012 Thunder in 6. Too fast, too athletic, too well-coached, too tough at home, just TOO much. The bench will end of being the key to the series.

OKC had better regroup and get their shit together or this series will be over on Thursday night.
Forum MVP acududeman Posted June 22, 2012 Author Forum MVP Report Share Posted June 22, 2012 Well, the Heat pretty much kicked ass. Hopefully OKC will be back to win it all soon. I am happy for Shane Battier. He played great on all fronts.
