The way I am reading it, is that you have to pay an addl 100.00 to camp next to your car or rv. I like the idea of pitching a tent and having the option to tent it if I feel like it. I also read it that if you dont pay for vip, you cant visit any friends that are in vip...I dont understand this at all...its nice to have your stuff next to your car..well, hopefully many of us ( you know who you are ) will be paying the 89-99 and we can all hang together...

You can camp next to your car outside the concert venue. To be inside with a car, you need VIP. This probably makes up my mind to have a tent inside and chill at the bus as well outside the venue.

I read it that way too. Without upgrades, you can camp next to your car farther away or haul your shit from an in/out lot and camp in the field closer. I can't imagine the camping next to your car being further than the 4th road back at NLQP. When I arrive I ain't hauling shit. That tent will be pitched within 6 feet of my parking spot and a cold beverage will be cracked pronto. From the looks of it, I think the sound will carry nicely for those in the back 40.

I've been told that VIP at least gets you in the shade if you want. I hope that's true!! Apparently there's shade to the right of the stage. I was there last when it was Buckeye Lake and I do not remember shade. It was scorching. Then again it was GD, and so packed tight I couldn't even get to the stage. But that's one of the reasons I went for the VIP. No shade in a field....

Ok, so I just checked. Here is what I copied from the FAQ:

"Campfires are fine as long as they are knee-high (no larger) and a safe distance from your tents. Don't bring your own firewood….due to local embers law."

You can access the FAQ by clicking home page Jubilee link. It's at the bottom of the line-up.

They also had a Starship 2000 ride at All Good (the one that spins and gravity sucks you against the walls). The starship was awesome at 5:30am and the sunset on the ferris wheel was beautiful also. I would love it if they brought these back for the Jubilee but I doubt it because there will be less people there.

On a different note, does anyone know if they will be selling firewood at the Jubilee?
