Octal
How many other bands could repair the "Wharf Rat" the way they did? Most people would crumble in fear in front of a stadium full of people. But how many bands would have fucked it up to begin with?
Forum MVP Tea Posted April 14, 2012 Forum MVP Report Share Posted April 14, 2012 3/30/95. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. The Omni show may have been one of the most s oulful Visions Jerry ever sang.

Advisory Board Herdygerdy Posted April 15, 2012 Advisory Board Report Share Posted April 15, 2012 "Fare you well, fare you well, I love you more then words can tell... Listen to the river sing sweet songs, to rock my soul... " Jerry Garcia 6/25/95 RFK Washington, D.C. Thinking about that still gives me the chills... It's like he was saying goodbye... Brokedown Palace is one of my favorite songs, it can either make me happy, or make me cry like a little baby.. regardless, it's a beautiful song that holds a special place in my heart... franknkeene
Hartford Civic Center Hartford CT (3/18/90) "Summertime gone, come and go my oh my." If it would have been a Bobby encore, the last words would have been...."I guess it doesn't matter anyway." After that show, I basically toured in the "land of curry" till the Dead including RB and Joan Osbourne (and Willie Nelson and Steve Winwood - what a tour that was!) and then DSO totally re-awakened something I thought was gone forever.
