Agreed.....World to Give the highlight for me as well. Last one for me was nearly 9 years ago at the State Theatre.

Being front and center on the rail helped insulate me from the crushing masses and drunks.

The only show for me this week. Enjoy the rest of the run, folks.

It was a little oversold for sure, but I always love the vibe in Ram's Head. Also, that show was nothing to sneeze at! I don't think anyone has mentioned the Touch>Reuben and Cherise that kicked off the 2nd set; it was a killer combo. Also, totally agree on everyone's sentiment on the NFA. I personally think it may be the best live performance of Not Fade Away I have personally witnessed.

Anyway, we'll be sadly missing tonight's show, but I am really stoked for Friday and Saturday!

Killer elective home town show. Balcony provided refuge for space starved dancers. Love the elective in the 80's format.

Jerry selections in the first set were dreamy. Touch>Reuben pairing felt as comfortable as Scarlet>Fire, super sweet transition.

Anyone feel structure to the space before Do It In the Road? Let It Rock a fantastic encore. Know its been said many times,

but the original setlists sure brings the best out in this band. Great time had by all. Only show of the run for me, enjoy the

rest of the New Years run all.

I was really looking forward to being at the Ramshead - always have had a great time there - could count on tons of dancing room on the top balcony. This time it left me feeling completely out of place and yearning to get back home. I think I must have changed my dancing location every 2-3 songs as I could not get comfortable anywhere. They allowed folks to pay 10 bucks to get up to the balcony which quickly turned into loud drunks smoking cigarettes. At one point Up there I saw some space a few feet over from where I was so I moved over (this is when I realized the folks there were smoking cigarettes and ashing on the people below them), started dancing then noticed three of them stifling laughter, pointing, staring, and whispering at eachother. You would have thought I was a leper the way they acted. This was a dead show right? I just walked up to the snooty girl and told her it's called dancing and it's ok to do.

I ended up finding the freaks and had fun with them, but man what a cold crowd.

As far as the show goes, I thought it was great! Wish I could have had an easier time catching my groove so I could have enjoyed it more. The saint was rockin - and yes, nfa was one of a kind.

All in all, I had fun, but they sure made it hard!

Well it has kinda been said. The place was packed, too packed, really couldn't move. The layout is conducive to shuttling you between bars, not so much for dancing, so every time you found 2 sq. ft. to try to move in you realized it was yet another throughway. Crowd was not so great either, sadly. Yapping and yapping, not very interesting in the music. Heading for pizza and booze at the best parts of the show. "Dude how wasted can we get" Band was good though, and show did have a few shining moments. Probably wouldn't make the trek back to baltimore for this venue. Electric Factory in Philly the next night was complete opposite...band in the zone...space to move ... crowd drinking in every note...monster show.
