Hi friends,

If you are in the area and are free Fri Oct 14, I encourage you to come down to Felton for a night of music and benefit for a friend's son who is 12 years old and is suffering from several very debilitating disorders, one of which they still have not been able to diagnose. He's an amazingly bright kid whose got so much to offer this world and suffers every day from his problems. My friend has taken him all over the place to see doctors and is now receiving alternative treatment that seems to be doing some good, however it is not covered by insurance.

Some of the most inspiring quotes I've read have come from this little guy's mouth...

"What if life is a hallucination and if so who would be the hallucinator. Most of us, if not all, are conscious beings including animals."

Shady Groove will be playing (along with a band for kids opening up). They are indeed super groovy and will be a really fun time. You'll hear a little GD, a little JGB, and some other tunes thrown in.

"Songs for Isaiah" is a benefit for a local 12 -year -old boy with a severe gastrointestinal disorder. We are raising money to help with his medical expenses.

Please join us for an evening of musical entertainment with Shady Groove. Doug Dirt and Airy Larry of the The Banana Slug String Band will be starting off the evening (@ 7:30) with music for the kids.

kids tickets are $5.00 for 10 & under and anyone under 21 must be with a parent. Shady Groove starts at 9:30

There will be a raffle and a silent auction.
