Forum MVP kdubfan Posted May 24, 2011 Forum MVP Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 This was the best thing I have ever seen on the Internet! Bob sounded better than ever. Even Days Between was nails! I think this is the future of live music. I'm ready for more of this! I streamed the live HD video with my iPhone and ran the sound through my home theatre system. Crisp and clear as could be! Forum MVP Mango Posted May 24, 2011 Forum MVP Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 no. yea please, I prefer going to the shows. Not saying it's bad but it should never replace the real thing.
SeanAY
Blair Jackson mentioned something like this in his blog a while ago. While it would never replace the real thing, I can imagine a time where you might stream a concert in live HD audio for five bucks or something. If I had the right soundsystem, I might pay for that. Forum MVP cm_hayden Posted May 24, 2011 Forum MVP Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 As the Deadhead in the Grateful Dead movie said, "There's nothing like a live GD show". Or for that matter live music has a flow that can't be duplicated.

Bobbymcgee36
yea please, I prefer going to the shows. Not saying it's bad but it should never replace the real thing. totally agreed. Or replicated without the communal joy that an audience brings! it still is live, and there is an audience that is watching at the place, at least in bobbys case (lots of his family too), so its not like they are just playing to the cameras also, thats why you have your own dance party with your friends!
