Forum MVP Tom Banjo Posted April 2, 2011 Forum MVP Report Share Posted April 2, 2011 really just a clean one... The good stuff creates a sense of clarity that I have to say can only be described as cleansing and making oneself clean.

I will not.. finishing up a class to continue my certification to teach AP US Governement at UNLV the following week .. don't get on one of those Southwest jets (hopefully one without a hole in the roof) until June 30th redeye... actually thinking about doing a paratrooper drop into the Ledges behind enemy lines early hours July 1st.... Forum MVP chuckvegas Posted April 5, 2011 Forum MVP Report Share Posted April 5, 2011 I fly Southwest this week. If the 737 turns into a convertible the decompression will be kind of like spending quality time at the top of Everest. With no oxygen and underdressed. Dancin' Fool
I rely on people's opinion here regarding venues, and I keep hearing about the Hilton AC. Can someone give me a quick run down on this venue, and why it is so highly regarded? It seems that this venue, as well as Penn's Peak should be on my must visit list. Looking forward to a new venue (for me) in Boston on May 12th (HOB). Thanks in advance!!

Ben
dancin' fool, if you behave at a show as your moniker suggests, there is, as far as i'm aware, NO better place to see a show. great sound, carpeted floors, TONS of space. just keep it on the relative down-low so that ample space can be preserved. see ya there. Just purchased my tickets for Englewood on July 22nd. The Performing Arts Center looks absolutely beautiful. I may have to get to the AC show too.... never experienced the Hilton head. The Performing Arts Center looks absolutely beautiful. I may have to get to the AC show too.... never experienced the Hilton head. Bergen PAC is a nice theater, and the acoustics are very good. Also, the "security" has been quite friendly at past shows, and I have seen some of them smiling and dancing to the music... a big plus in my book ! I also love the laid-back lobby vibe, where they let you come and go as you please... no restrictions on re-entry. It also doesn't hurt that the venue is 15 minutes from my house !!! I also have read plenty of good feedback regarding the AC Hilton, and would dig being able to get down there for a show at some point... maybe this year, if I can swing it. In my humble opinion......Penns Peak is head & shoulders above Hilton(or most venues in the NJ/PA area) Beautiful mountains/ grate accoustics in the venue & laid back folks in the area. Hilton is nice for a casino (large open floor area....plenty of dancin' room) The band seems to cook @ the Hilton & a few of us have done very well on the casino floor after DSO shows! Enjoy the show wherever it's @ and Smile,Smile,Smile , Rob
