Need For Prayers And Thoughts

My dad went in for a procedure to fix an irregular heart beat on Wednesday. The procedure went well or so we have been told. The next day he went into cardiac arrest and has not been conscious since. The don't believe he is in too deep of sleep or a coma just too heavily sedated to come too. They don't plan to take the breathing tube out for at least another day. He has also developed pnemonia. Any thoughts, prayers, and wishes would be appreciated. It doesn't look good, but I still believe he should get though this. He looks better today than he did yesterday.

Some improvement today, I guess. They have taken him off the sedatives and he is moving a lot more. No eyes opening, but showing serious discomfort to breathing tube. They cut him to half of the oxygen he was receiving before so some of the breathing is on his on. Things look better, but still not great. Thanks for your support guys.

Every day things look better. He is off the breathing tube, but still on a breathing mask. They are no longer pumping sedatives into him so its only a matter of time before the drugs wear off. He responds slightly by opening his eyes and saying uh huh, but no real communication as of yet. I am much more confident that he will go through this and be back on his feet sometime soon. Thanks for all the kind thoughts and prayers.
