Forum MVP Ammagamalin Crew Posted May 17, 2018 Forum MVP Report Share Posted May 17, 2018 https://youtu.be/d_vlPyyKUgk "digging up the bodies buried long ago..." my dear friend Ray mills passed away on Tuesday May 1st . Met him backstage at the peace center in Greenville SC July 29, 1994 and then the next night at Kidd brewer stadium in Boone NC, sent him the tapes of both shows and he then sent me over 300 pages of articles and stuff on ELH. throughout the years I'd travel to North Carolina for Tony rice and Emmylou shows, he was really the person that related to Emmylou as much I do, its sad that he is no longer here. This forum is a place I like to visit daily, thanks to all of you for making this a wonderfilled world. Thanks to DSO for keeping the doors open and the lights on. Yes, this has always been one of my favorite versions of FOTD for that very reason! Keith was so hot and cold during that period, but he was definitely "on" that night. Jerry is in such fine voice, too. Actually, even though 7/8 gets all the raves, and is truly great in many ways, I find 7/7 to be even better overall.
