Forum MVP VincentPuleo Posted May 6, 2010 Forum MVP Report Share Posted May 6, 2010 ahh.. the infamous group of '77 shows... New Haven, Boston, Ithaca, and of course R.B's favorite show... Buffalo 5/9/77.. The Looks Like Rain from the New Haven show is also worth mentioning... just dripping...

Wow! Thanks Torin...That is a monster Sugaree! Garcia is so loud in the mix...with the just returned Wolf...Just like we like him... and Keith is having a good time as well...It's got that edginess that accompanied the fall shows...I love how shows can slip under the radar...I don't have this show in my collection and I'm not sure I've ever heard it! sonomajon
2nd half of 77 was one of the all time era's!!! That it was...I only saw 11-4-5-6 during that fall... somehow i missed Englishtown even tho I was still living in NY!? I'm going to shamelessly ask for a copy of the 10-9-77 if anyone can help...I seem to have a gap in my fall recordings...
