I think I'm the only one is the country that thinks this video is not that funny--a lot of people think it sounds just like Neil so who am I to say it doesn't but...I just don't think it does at all. To me, Dana Carvey does a great impression of Neil--has his voice down perfectly. Neil asked him to come talk to the crowd before a Warfield show a few years back and while he had had a lot to drink--he was insanely funny and was dead-on with his impression.
