More Furthur "public Rehearsals" Prior To New Year's?

Allow me to start the viscous rumor of the possibility of 1 or even 2 Furthur shows, likely 12/27 and/or 12/28, in Marin.

We know that Phil in particular likes the concept of playing tiny venues in lieu of having closed rehearsals. It's happened with Phil and Friends and most recently with Furthur. 142 Throckmorton, a 500 or so capacity venue in downtown Mill Valley, is in a cash crunch, so if these gigs could be pulled off it would satisfy extra rehearsal time as well as being a cool benefit. The latter point could of course mean higher than usual ticket prices, for those fortunate enough to have the opportunity to get them.

How and when will this be announced, and what mechanism will be used to sell tickets? All fine questions. Just remember where you heard it first.
