First year and the first few years we had parties that bordered on epic at camp inappropriate. VIP has now taken over our spot on the hill. Dunkeroo anyone?

The Perotti’s are the ultimate group shot team. I sometimes get in their group photos but no I don’t like pictures. I’m rarely in them. Sometimes forced to take them. I don’t think I wish there was more of them. However som of those Perotti’s group shots you feel like you did something wrong if you didn’t get in the shot. Some epic photos of some of DSO most dedicated fans.

Delilah made her first show. She has now done skull and roses festival too. Shes jubilee ready.

We was just in California. Skull and Roses festival. Good times.

In Indy recently, I went to the Egyptian not the Egyptian ballroom. We was already 10 min late. This made us more like 40. On the bright side, I know where to smoke hookah in Indy.

That Hawaiian attitude is very me centric and sounds selfish. I release. Sounds like a recognition of wrong but doesn’t feel like there is any importantce to those you’ve done wrong too. I understand self forgiveness but there is wrong in this word and sometimes I have felt sorry. I release and self forgiveness helped but seeking forgiveness and understanding my impact on the other was important. I think both concepts contain the potential for self judgment. Why would I release if I haven’t self judged? However forgiveness rooted in the Christian concept of sin seems to better account for the importance of others over the self. Maybe you’d like to explain it further. Hawaiian culture sounds great but Tua at Alabama was pretty much abused by his father. It worked but Hawaiians don’t come off as all rainbows and glitter. Just human like the rest of us. We all have fancy philosophies but at the end of the day we all put pants on the same. One leg at a time. I am truly interested by the way. I have not studied nor do I know if I fully understand what I release means. I do know I believe their is wrong. I have felt sorry and forgiveness like the lyrics say is the key to every door.

I’d assume electric. They don’t announce electric shows just the acoustic ones.

Bobby def has had guests on this tour not sure about drummers but definitely guest singers maybe horns. Tom Hamilton sat in for some songs.

I think a major part of this problem is some kids and even adults don’t know how to approach dogs. My buddy frank dog almost bit Toph. I disciplined Toph not the dog. She was aggressively crowding his space and pushing him into corners. She ignored our warnings. Dog scared the shit of her. She lucky he missed.

I’m gonna need those TPS reports.

Pompano is on. First 3 Florida.
-
I’ve forced alignment for a Florida 3 pack so I will survive and get by. Florida works great for us as Delilah grandma lives in Fort Myers and loves her little grand baby.
-
I was hoping to make that but didn’t align with my schedule

Saw them at Wanee. A friend grooved hard to the talking heads songs. They were decent late night band.

Really stoked to get Delilah to her first show in Florida. I wanna dance with my baby girl. Weather and flight delays plus venue policies interferes with her making any of the California shows we were doing. I guess we all chase the ghost of Joseph

I never thought it was an outshining subject but I know the glory days may be over. I’ll take my 30 to 40 this year. Having been to so many shows I kind of know what venues I want to hit now anyway. Help me prioritize a little bit. Its Scotty time to shine. Sometimes you need to accept you old and in the way.

We got a great local dead bar/venues. Several own by some guys in Denver and they used to have one in boulder maybe still do. Beonkeys has different local dead music and smaller nationally touring dead bands regularly. The poster/memorabilia collection in beonkeys and Sanchos In unreal. Jgb playing there end of March unfortunately or fortunately however you look at it Dso is doing Florida and that’s where we will be.
-
Will we see you in Florida Scotty?
-
We planning a Florida 3 pack. I should see you there.
-
Glad to see you got at this tour hard mango. You just gonna ride it out?
-
It hurts me too not to be there Looks like I’m just in time for the 80s

I’m not sure I agree with you mojo. As for giving opinions of things you didn’t witness off a list, I probably think it’s a foolish endeavor. Someone around here said something like you never know what show will take you there. However, from someone in your shoes, I can see issues with the flow in the show. Corinna, Cold Rain, and Essau easy dance songs. I don’t think much of Corinna as a song but to say it doesn’t have a great dance groove is ludicrous to me. Of course, most of the Corinna I’ve heard have been live by DSO. Maybe if I was basing it off the Dead’s treatment I would disageee with myself. Dire Wolf a nice reprieve. More of a sing along than a dancer. Blow Away can be an explosive dancer. Here I kind of agree with Mojo. From here to close, the songs become less dancy or in some cases just harder to dance too. For instance, not everyone can dance to sunrise. Some even choose to talk. I happen most of the time to enter the sacred space of the song where you feel it deep in your heart and dancing is the most natural if not necessary response. Bird song can go this place too. I could to go just in depth on the 2nd set as an outside observer but not sure it matters. Crazy fingers definitely like sunrise. Harder to dance to but pure magic when it happens. A bunch of Stephen NFA pretty easy dancers for me. Cumberland according to a buddy is top 5, definitely gets me moving. Wow thanks mojo that was fun trying to envision what I thought about something I know nothing about. Can you guys tell I’m missing all of you.

That looked good. See ya guys soon. Delilah show total been cut to 1. Warfield doesn’t allow babies but we have a sitter. 3 show run is still a go.
