ND beat USC. It is a fantastic day.
-
Phish. They’re pretty good. 😎
-
if this thread would have started a month ago you’d be saying how Clemson is a lock. my point remains, the games do need to be played. perhaps Iowa can beat the buckeyes, etc.
-
They played head to head. Not just you, RD, but the mental gymnastics that we see to skirt this fact is funny to me. Can I tell BS that the Irish deserve in more than Cincinnati, too?
-
Set 2 BigRR. Promised Land to end the second? Si, por favor!

Anti West Coast post here. Oregon controls its destiny from my point of view. Hard for Ohio State to argue against them this year. I see these teams in for sure: Georgia Cincinnati Oklahoma Last spot to either Oregon or Alabama. B1G cannibalizes itself, with Ohio State probably beating everyone, but Oregon handled their chances in the Shoe. My Irish probably end around 6 in POCOM poll. Maybe get Michigan or Iowa in Fiesta?

(This is a Notre Dame fan saying nothing) 😑 Congrats on the win last week, though, 69!

July 11, 1969. New York. Bobby with a brick *joke*. Air quotes because it’s not funny unless you’re mighty high. https://gratefuldeadoftheday.com/07-11-1969

July 7, 1987 was Roanoke, Virginia. Interesting list, West LA set 2 opener. Apparently a very small venue. https://gratefuldeadoftheday.com/07-07-1987

Happy 4th from 1981, Austin, Texas. Rooster is >10 minutes. Take Bart Simpsons just in case. https://relisten.net/grateful-dead/1981/07/04/little-red-rooster?source=92847

Arizona = 2022. Maybe 😂

June 1, 1991. Los Angeles Coliseum. I never paid attention to this show before today. Seems like the vibe was not kynd from what is shared in this write-up. 17 minute Shakedowns are good, though. Love the double opener pairings for the first four songs. https://www.gratefuldeadoftheday.com/06-01-1991

I’m guessing here, but I’d bet that the reason that one must be vaccinated to be in the pit is due to proximity to Bobby and an abundance of caution. Whatever the reason for the policy, try not to take it personally.

This spot is roughly three hours north of Oakland airport.

Thanks for keeping the rest of us in the know throughout the weekend, Bill. Appreciate you, Brother.

5-5-90, South Central Los Angeles. Twas Derby Day. I played the hell out of this tape. Note the H/S/F placement in the three slot. https://archive.org/details/gd1990-05-05.dsbd.nickspicks.4850.shnf

Nice homage to Derby Day.
