  1. Good ones, I will toss otter and falcon into the mix. Was being silly with squid, although squid are awesome, fast, change colors etc. Some of Mango's crouching maneuvers are kind of tentacular 🐙
  2. Sammy definitely has some good bat wing arm moves. Gotta go with tiger for Karl and his martial arts esque style. Rabbit for crazy digits, love his high energy style.
  3. This got me laughing, you got some good ones there and I think you got me pretty good. I'm gonna work on my rhino charge moves for the next time I see you, gonna need a lot of space but if you make it up to Lowell, that place was wide open last year, lots of room for rhino charging 😅
  4. Thanks MC, it's also been my pleasure and blessing (to steal your words) getting to know you and your lovely family. You were taking care of business at Red Rocks, fun to look over and see you expressing your ecstacy. I agree that it was tougher to get a good groove going for the first couple nights in Boulder, just jam packed in there, but being surrounded by people trying to do the same thing was helpful, and I still left completely sodden from exertion 😛
  5. Aw man, it was so much fun dancing with you and our brothers. You were tearing it up too! What a great night. Talking about a step counter, I've thought of putting on a heart rate monitor to see what three hours of intense aerobic activity amounts to 😛 Love yours too. Whenever I felt myself wavering, all I would need is to look around and see you or another of our friends ripping it up and it would keep me goin. Speaking of dancing, we had quite a ripping and symbiotic dance party goin on, and particularly for having somewhat limited space. Was fun to see people blasting back and forth, climbing up and down the three or four rows we were spread out over, twirling and laying the smack down. Lots and lots of fun, so grateful to have made many new friends in this past year, you all have enriched my life in indescribable ways ❤️
  6. It was indeed quite special to experience the quiet among such a large group of people, I felt proud of my fellow audience members to be so attentive and respectful. I agree that the quiet was thick and palpable ❤️❤️
  7. Listening to the original recording of this show tonight, Bob Wagner's killer audience recording. Really special to listen to the GD recording and remember the time I was having during the show, almost like listening back on to our own version of that night, I feel lucky to be alive to experience the music this band brings through right now.
  8. Thanks for taping and sharing, great job on the recordings, nice to see you again!
  9. Forgot to mention, I checked the time as the show ended and the rain began, and it was exactly 11:11, if anyone finds that sort of thing interesting.
  10. One of those perfect nights when I was able to lose myself fully in the music, highlights are a bit tough to recall, it was really lovely the whole way through. Terrapin was special, and it was amazing to hear almost all of Red Rocks get down almost to pin drop quiet during Black Peter. Lisa tore it down with White Rabbit, great to hear that song in that place at the end of the night. The rain held off to within a couple seconds of the final beat of the song, really cool.

  12. I'm not sure, I don't ever remember signing up thru AXS, bought the 3 night ticket package thru eventbrite (i think), but I have an account there, and when I downloaded the AXS app, my ticket was in there. My Boulder tickets are in the eventbrite app.
  13. I'm in the back row - about 770 miles back. Gotta reprioritize and make it here next summer. Saw some pics of the venue, it looks lovely there. Nice to hear glowing reviews from glowing people of a glowing time.
  14. Both were good, the Bird Song and all of set two were the highlights for me. Good rap during Lovelight by Rob B. Had a good hoedown during set two, as Bill mentioned 😀
  15. DSO just posted that there are some single day Boulder tickets available: bit.ly/DSO-Boulder-Fri bit.ly/DSO-Boulder-Sat
  16. I think this video was from last year, no Cold Rain and Snow this year. Elective, Dino on drums, from what I remember, with several gaps, and out of order: Set 1: Big RR Blues The Race Is On Bird Song It Takes a Lot To Laugh Row Jimmy Let Me Sing Your Blues Away Unbroken Chain Casey Jones Set 2: China/Rider Greatest Story Half Step Playin NFA GDTRFB Lovelight closer E: The Way You Do the Things You Do
  17. Sounds great! I tried listening to my recording in the hotel and my lovely neighbors started banging on the walls 😒
  18. This is the kind of show I was hoping for, going to Dewey Beach, and the band delivered marvelously. It was very cramped where I was standing until Eyes of the World, when a few people cleared out and I had some dancing space. The second set saw a number of people clear out, and it became much more fun. WRS was excellent, it was a pleasure to watch Skip pummel the kickoff to The Other One, nice Stella Blue, high energy Big River and Sugar Magnolia. Morning Dew was a blessing and a treat, was bummed out to miss two of them this tour within driving distance, but this one was so fine, my first time seeing them encore with the Dew, and it was lovely. Excited for tomorrow, expecting torrential thunderstorms all day, may make for a little space in there 😁
  19. Gotta try to make it to one of these one day, only about 45 minutes from home. Tough days to make it there these past couple years. Looks like a great time, would love to see these guys play acoustic. We Can Run and Unbroken Chain must have been cool 😎
  20. We had a pretty good dance space and enthusiastic dancers on night two at Hampton Beach. I had a good breakthrough on my freedom at shows on night three at the Jubilee, it's been easier to find and drop into that groove lately on the past few I've attended.
  21. Two drummers minus the beast and other modern drum equipment for a 69 style?? 🤤🤤
  22. Solid show, great venue all around. Fifteen dollar ticket to see the greatest band in an outdoor stadium venue, with excellent sound, how do you beat that? Plenty of room to spread out and dance if you get away from the seats. Nice grassy knoll and patio area off to the side. Tough to select highlights, show was solid from start to end, but they played five of my favorite dance songs: Passenger, Samson, Big River, Eyes and GDTRFB, sore feet at the end of this one 😅
