  1. Wowza! that’s a set list and a half. looks like a wonderful tribute to Phil. Can’t wait to watch/listen.
  2. Typical fantastic DSO show. Picture perfect 1977 show (even without Help/Slip and Scarlet/Fire) Weird "restart" of set 2 after drums. Close Encounters-ish Space after Franklin's - will have to check out the original to see how much space there was originally. Band were all wearing "Walton" shirts and deadicated the show to Bill ♥️
  3. Saw GSBG at the venue in the fall. Huge improvement over House of Blues. Seems bigger than Observatory. Kudos to DSO to selling it out! Psyched for a good 'ole time! Would LOVE that heart (7/19/74) show!!
  4. This 100%. I've done a couple jubilee's dating back to the 1st and have love every one of them. These was totally Jubilee West. But even a little better for me given the constant barrage of G.Dead music. If S&R can keep this up, I'll be hard pressed to make my journey east from SoCal for Jubilee. This scratched that itch and then some.
  5. Awesome show in 1990 and fantastic in SLO this week I bet. Really cool to see Valley Road on the set list. I assume Rob B sang it. Would love to hear it.
  6. that looks right - thanks! Women are smarter Touch of grey All over now. Ramble on rose Masters of war Big boss man Passenger Tom thumbs blues Corinna Tangled up in blue
  7. Lol. “Stu” was a big swing and a miss. At least I didn’t say “Phil”. 😂
  8. Lots of Dylan indeed! I’m unsuccessful racking my brain trying to think of the Bobby song I’m missing. Possibly a fourth Dylan tune, one for each
  9. Elective Women are smarter Touch of grey All over now. Ramble on rose (?) Big boss man Masters of war Passenger Tom thumbs blues Corinna Tangled up in blue Uncle John’s band Easy wind Crazy fingers Saint Stephen/ Drumz Low spark of high heeled boys Throwing Stones St Stephen Morning Dew Uncle John’s band Love the one you’re with Dew was fantastic. Band was engaged and tight throughout. Stu on Mission Control bass is awesome. He’s so happy playing it. And the sound is so good. Those Dew bass drops 🤯🤯
  10. 6-19-76 Confirmed Mr.Charlie filler wowza! Stu really loves playing Mission Control. Beaming and dropping bombs all night. There were a couple lyric lapses and musical de-railing- which is incredibly rare for them. I’m racking my brain to try abd remember if I’ve ever heard Cosmic Charlie. I must’ve. Maybe Phil and Friends? Maybe DSO? But what a treat to hear for sure and they ripped it good.
  11. Beautiful setlist! Would've had me guessing and grinning all night.
  12. agreed. Prices are pretty outrageous. sure hope those $$$’s are going to the bands. it certainly didn’t go to the facility last year. psyched to have a second round of DSO on the west coast!

  17. thanks for posting the setlists. I really enjoyed the set opening clips on facebook/fans. Would love to hear some of the more meaty stuff.
  18. Set one started rough via streaming with lots of sync and sound issues. They were finally fixed by mid-set and the Bird Song/Let it Grow sandwich was fantastic (still not a fan of the drum solo in LIG, it take away too much great jam potential). Second set highlights were the Help/Slip/Stranger. Stranger seemed to have a bit extra punch. Nice jam out of Truckin'. The Dew seemed like a quicker pace to probably fit it in before curfew, but the end jam soared. See ya'll from the couch tonight!
  19. It was definitely a 73/74 style china rider
  20. I uploaded a couple videos from LA and SD to youtube:

To my ears first set sounded like a 1977/78 set and set two was totally 73/74 I may be missing a set two song. Nfa and dark star were both about twenty minutes and drumz was really long.
