Missing this whole tour besides a 1 off Nashville show was rough. Had to help the gf with her masters thesis and today got the news that she passed. Omg my stress is over. Did not like missing a whole southern tour like this but it feels like I just graduated too. Yes I’m pretty much spamming and screaming it from the tree tops but school is over for this household. The nonstop stress over the worst thing ever, school, is over. Team America fuck yeah!! My living room is littered with fucking national institute of health research studies and so much other shit that’s going in the trash today. I’ll never set foot in bowling green again unless dso plays there. Typing this is making it real to me. I literally asked if I was dreaming this morning as we’d been watching the OA last night as well as inception. I couldn’t be sure if I was or not. Literally slapped myself lol. The nightmare is over. No more tuition payments!! Lol.

That 2nd set would have tested the limits of what my mind wanted to do vs what my body could do. My mind always wins and my body pays the price. That venue is cool as shit though. Perfect place for a community venue as the land is pretty much worthless by the swamp so it puts it to good use. Great vibe at that place. it’s pretty much volunteer staff and that generally creates a welcoming vibe vs the staff that looks at everyone as a possible perp and are pissed off b/c they make $9 an hour. Working for a few hours for free and then getting to watch the show makes for happier peeps. In I think Petaluma the chick keeping peeps out of the vip balcony worked until 15 minutes after the show started and then opened it up to all as she pulled out her vape and said her volunteer shift was up and now she could enjoy the show. I long for California again.

I hope this isn’t foreshadowing for Wilmington. Last year there were all these kids playing down by the swamp and we were like hope that no alligator pops out and takes a kid back in with him. Very cool venue in the middle of a swamp.

Wilmington does it right. They have a big all day tailgate before this show. The city is super cool about the lot party too. I tried to buy tix for my parents from 2 different people and they refused to take any money. That’s a good vibes scene. Will be sad to miss it Sunday but happy for the friends that get to go.

Shit that’s some bad luck. Well technically it’s bad calendar deciphering. I had a really weird dream I literally just woke from that sml and I shared a hotel room that was actually the inside of a pickup truck. I know that’s maybe harder to decipher than a tour schedule but I’m scratching my head as well for the meaning of that one. P.S. it’s not at the ritz in London like on the google schedule at one time.

I’m so rusty with no shows since New Years I was convinced this was 87 until someone said you know Lisa is on stage right. When chimes played I was back to reality. Unfortunately it was hard to hear her lyrics but being in the south they likely wouldn’t have resonated like the 1st bust out in Portland after the inauguration. That was a moment for the ages.

Saw Bobby and wolf bros Thursday in St. Louis. Got in early and got THE primo spot dead center behind the pit. Fun time but not as dancy as I would like but still fun. Saw koritz hanging out by the monitor board and was thinking he may have played percussion kit on a song but don’t think bobby adds guests for these shows. We make our own shade. This year our group will prob have 600 sq ft of ezups along with tarps to give a few hundred additional. We got the primo shade tree a few years ago that had this super strong dank poison ivy. Man that was some strong shit. Gr8fulpair and I partook in lots of it and had so much fun I had to go to the Dr when I got home and get on a steroid pack. I had like a 3 week recovery. Thats some hard partying. I suggest just saying no when it comes to poison ivy.

I do wish that I could have 15k pics on a drive of me from college. That would be cool to look back on now that the statute of limitations is up on everything that would be on them.
