I beg to differ….RR is just a major must. Frost, Greek, etc….the more eclectic musts. I have been to RR…first show DSO 2019…The venue blew me away. The geology, the museum, the view….the heart rate monitor at top of hill. DSO wants to pay the others….if so and multiple shows…I’m in.

5 DSO shows plus jubilee experience last 2 weekends in May. As an old regular need to figure this out vis a vis camping or hotel options.

Evidence is piling up that the “cure” was worse than the disease. Biggest human stupidness since Y2K if you are old enough to remember.

I know one really well myself

I concur….opportunities begin just like this

Correct priorities. The liability in our litigious society makes $50 a pipe dream for child care in a mostly 21+ setting. In certain situations possibility exists. Brings to mind the Creamery in Oregon show with the little ones having fun in the tent while grown men sit naked on a pole.

Certainly worth the round trip drive in the pouring rain. Danced from first to last note. Viola and Rag worth special mention. Have seen BCE 4 or 5 times over the years and was thinking this would be first sans Dino….SURPRISE! Even bought the man a beer and brought it to his drum kit during Scarlet. Like me, doing what we love, cause we want it that way. AC too.

The cause of my LOL

Lol, I believe although wasn’t there a tune was played before sototw currently labeled by AC as ? Update…listed on Hyryder FB page as Can’t come down. Only know cause it was first song so on top of their page and I can make it out without having to join FB

For the small production they do a great job with lights…especially at the “trap”. Probably will run up to Bloomington this Friday. Won’t even pretend to be on FB. For every user they claim a book is burned somewhere.

No fan of Bama but they physically dominated. Inexplicable for Cincinnati not loading box. On offense Cinci had few if any of pass attempts of 20 yds. If plan was to go toe to toe…plan executed, outcome predictable.

X 4 = 92 shows for year which at vip q/a was within the bands desired range.

My last of 2021 “OMSN” touring. Caught 7 Fri-Sat shows this year in 6 states. Not quite my 20 show average but heading in right direction. Enjoyed Fri night much more as venue was not sold to “Astroworld” density as Saturday. Older head I danced next to Friday called 50 yr Felt Forum show and he nailed it! Met several people Saturday that came to show breaking their 2 yr Covid hermit lifestyle. Even with no vax or test required, I guess even cowering Floridians darkness has to give. Talking to Cotter before show…he was shoe horned between bars as far back as you can get…could not see or hear the band?! WTF. Found that in indoor venue the sound was better space a plenty but no visual of band…danced a lot there as it is more fun as Jerry would put it…”without seeing smashed human bodies”. Have not made it to a Dewey show and since it has been compared to this venue…glad. Smokestack highlight for me in the 71 fast paced set. DSO just never seems to disappoint. Neither do all my rowdy DSO buddies that were in attendance. Even got to chat with Grateful Dean from you tube. Since NYE or west coast runs unlikely for me…C U spring 22!!!

I think I took recreational horse meds a couple of times. And took a vax twice from a guy who says borders closed.

Only Friday….definitely in form Sat. Harp on Big Boss Man and usual vocal excellence. Introduced by Barraco…and I couldn’t agree more.…as their secret weapon.

Agreed 15 yds for taunting PG veracity not questioned but there is plenty of anecdotes on all sides supporting any position you want. This so called vaccine does not prevent infection nor spread of it. Results are more like a therapeutic.

Sure was! Sold out pre pandemic indoor bliss. Jeff broke out new guitar...sounded fantastic...something about mammoth tusk inlays...mammoth sound as well. Ain't no maybes...life is sweeter for this.

First show for me at the Cap…how did I miss GD there? Like at my first show at RR the venue competed for my attention. Spent first set at rail taking in band dancing with Jeff and Barraco exceedingly energetic especially Rob on organ with a camera man almost on the bench with him. Second set high up in balcony with great sound and perspective of graphics being projected onto venue walls and ceiling. Also cooler as ushers opened some doors which was definitely needed. only complaint and have said it before is the pulling of set up Lisa mic just before they hit the stage. I guess I should be glad you can’t do same with drum kit or keys lest playing the guessing game before show would be fruitless exercise. Expecting elective on real 11/13 tonight as well.
