I saw them in Raleigh at a pretty small place (Pour House ~250) and it was a real good time! Jill stole the show for me - she's seems like a very humble and positive person - she made time for everyone that wanted to chat het up. I think they'll be at Skull & Roses so if you're lucky enough to be going - definitely worth your time ❤️

He does have an amazing catalogue - dood can straight up play anything. While he’s an undeniable talent, I’m not moved to see him constantly. Couple shows here and there for me

I didn’t register for the forums until 2009 but I did see the post show reviews and comments for 5/19/07. Let’s just say the mood from those posts was exasperated giddiness and there was zero doubt that an all-timer had just dropped. I’m coming up empty for an online link to 5/19. I didn’t find it amongst my CD’s but I did find some mystery thumb drives I need to explore. Somebodys gotta have it…

Wanna find a needle in a haystack? Here is a sample link to an achived forum page http://www.dsoforums.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=11511 If you change the show topic number slightly, it will give a landing page for other archived forum pages. Cant find anything before 1/2010 - but I know there was a Rams Head Appreciation Thread (started by Chuck) that had a link to the show. I remember the landing page was a SoundCloud-esque page with ‘Beach’ in the title for some weird reason. That represents my file dump on 5/19/07 forum content. Now I have a headache. Ill find it… I need the distraction. Some real life stuff is at my doorstep…

I stole a stripper's kid. It was like taking baby from a Candi.

A Grateful Dead game show where contestants guess the year of live recordings. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/guess-the-year/id1649273235 https://guesstheyearshow.podbean.com/ Some of these have a higher degree of difficulty, a couple others I was able to guess the exact show. Worth a listen if you're into that kinda thing. John A should be a contestant (if he hasn't participated already 😁)

1992. Things have likely changed 😃

It not quite Stella or Terrapin but it’s close. Masterpiece writing

Always hated that song - decent jam vehicle but the lyrics and Vince’s vocal stylings made me facepalm every time it popped up. I’ll bet DSO could make some hay with that tune. 1st set, please. Hyryder does a pretty smokin rendition. They made it slap!

Classic Game! More scoring than I thought. KC had the answer in the 2nd half - really, really tough late penalty call on Philly for the situation. Hurts played like an MVP despite the unforced fumble in the 1st half. Happy for a good game - Happy for Mahomes - bummed for such a pivotal call against the Eagles. That ref would face a battery Chuck squad if he ever finds his way back to Philly

Much as I hate to say it, I'm leaning toward the Eagles and their overwhelming O and D lines

So Bertha > Greatest is the longest runner for show opener combo? Gotta imagine it took off a couple years here and there..

1990-12-09 @ Compton Terrace, Chandler, AZ Set 1: Hell In A Bucket > Bertha ; Little Red Rooster ; Jack-a-Roe ; Maggie's Farm ; Black Throated Wind ; Bird Song ; The Valley Road Set 2: Samson And Delilah ; Scarlet Begonias > Fire On The Mountain ; Truckin' > Spoonful > He's Gone > drums > space > The Wheel > Playing In The Band reprise > Going Down The Road Feeling Bad > Good Lovin' Encore: Brokedown Palace Filler: Oh! Darling I was at the original and thought it absolutely smoked! It was live confirmation that the band could move on (artistically) after Brent's passing. The Bird Song was bonkertown and I got an excellent Scarlet > Fire that had eluded me earlier in the fall. Really great times! It was quite a journey to go from a mild desert climate into the deep-freeze in Denver right after! It's no wonder I limped home before Christmas with pneumonia......
