This list from the second night in Pittsburgh as spring tour rolled on. First set inverted opener, the Bertha a little slow out of the gate. Nice selections the rest of the way in the first. Second provides a prime example of the machine at work, the pre drums especially stomped. It was 32 years ago today. Praise DSO.

Let us bypass the 36 song monster from Boston Garden in 1973 for this performance from the final spring tour. Opening triad spot on, HCS a great set opener and Unbroken #4, the only encore UBC. We were sitting in the tour bus shuttle in the driveway at Graceland when Jerry walked by getting the VIP tour. Needless to say we all lost our marbles. It was 26 years ago today. Praise DSO.

Last night Basement Dance Party #6 pierced the silence of a cold, rainy December evening with three sets of Grateful Dead goodness. Textures from all eras consumed, the second set especially electric. The underground dance lab again delivered a journey through the human condition. Great way to start a week off from work, Big Fun.
