Missed that, had to empty my old man bladder before the stretch run. The only advantage to your living room fun

Yeah, great finish. didn't realize about nugs until i saw the video equipment. Place was packed because they didn't open the balcony for us regular folk but I was able to maneuver into a good spot by the soundboard for the 2nd set.

Yeah, thought the let it grow was going to be the set closer, what a nice surprise. It's a close the office door and turn on the tunes kind of morning.

Coming into the home stretch. Down to about 11 or 12 teams that still have a shot to make the playoff

And you beat the hell out of the Giants. NFC is taking it on the chin this year

6-18-76 With That's what love will make you do and White Rabbit extras. Great show, much needed

I'm going to try to sneak this one in, I've been crazy busy but desperately need a show. To Rude's fun fact, my daughter is getting married 2 weeks from Saturday and the reception is at the "Newport Syndicate", an old mafia hangout not far from the Newport venue. I should be able to make the Columbus show also after I get this wedding business in the rear view. When did weddings get so expensive?

This is one of my favorite under the radar Dead shows, glad you were able to enjoy it.

Anyone watching? Very entertaining.

I'm in agreement with most others on here. I don't dislike them and I had a good time at the shows I went to. But I only saw them 3 times: the zoo show referenced by AC that was oversold, at Cincinnati Music Hall where the fire alarms were going off a couple songs in and they emptied the place, then allowed everyone back in and at the Nutter center in Dayton around 94or5. Haven't seen them since.

I'm pretty sure it was June 77 but can't remember the venue, in guessing Long Beach

Anyone else have a glass top coffee table back in the day with all your ticket stubs under the glass?

I brought my kids to the annual Springfield Ohio show every year but that was a very kid friendly event, never to an indoor show until they were older teens.

One last comment on the Super Bowl, you can't have field conditions like that at the Super Bowl! Huge black eye for the league and Phoenix
-
PI on Philly reminiscent if the PI against my Bengals late in the game last year leading to the Rams go ahead score. I feel for Philly fans
-
Much as I hate to say it, I'm leaning toward the Chiefs and their experience

How about Promised land>Sugaree?

I have taken a couple days to cool down and it hasn't helped much except to realize it's not going to change. The NFL needs to get their officiating problems fixed asap or they're going to have big problems. You can't jump into bed with sports betting and then have this much controversy in your biggest games. Bengals v Chiefs had 55 million viewers and there is more talk nationally about the officiating than the game. I think Mahommes played an incredible game and was able to be much more mobile and effective than I thought he would be and I very much look forward to our match up at Arrowhead next year and future playoff matchups. I hope we are at home next time and the calls go our way. An observation on the payoffs playoffs in general, it is clear at least this year that it is an incredible advantage to have the 1 seed. KC played a 9-8 team at home to get to the AFC Championship game and the Eagles played a 9-7-1 team and then a team without a QB in the championship game. Very difficult to tell just how good Philly is. I'll wait for more injury info on the Chiefs before making a pick. PS: Yes our Mayor was an idiot making those comments, everyone here cringed at the time

Great opening combo, I would have guessed it started in 71

First show was ACDC in 83, I was 14. Show started with a spotlight on Angus jamming on top of a 10' high stack. He jumped off and hit the stage duck walking without missing a beat, I've been hooked on going to live shows since.

Gotta go with Bengals & Eagles this weekend.
-
Are you suggesting the NFC is stronger this year? All the best QB's are in the AFC

I have to admit that I want the Cowboys to win, 49er's are the only team left that really scares me
