  1. 12/28/87 So cool. Excellent 80’s Dead. Played so well. Highlights were sugaree, Cumberland, and sugar mags. Thank thank thank you Eaton for a beautiful Masterpiece.

  2. Bill won the day. Ding ding ding. I’ll ignore the fact he wasn’t The anthem energizer bunny bill tonight. I mean tiger lost to Phil in the money grab over thanksgiving so we all have off days. I’ll expect his A-game tomorrow though. Maybe it was the fact he wasn’t ready for space at the E factory and got it. Mentally preparing for a sardine factory combined with the Christmas holiday can knock down even the triathletes among us. I was at keystone then too in 87 over New Years but had no clue about the dead yet.Gr8tfulpair was also working at keystone. He called us gapers as our mouths were supposedly wide open watching locals like him ski.........But then again he was an employee so he was technically our bitch.

  3. Row jimmy was delicate, so nice. Space into the wheel was a great showcase for the band. Great playing. Bass bombs on Truckin’ and Sugaree. Masterpiece was fun. My first Eighties set list from Dark Star Orchestra in about a dozen years. I talked to quite a few people who were seeing them for the first time. I danced my face off. Hope I live through tonight.

  5. I’ve become a HUGE fan of the Drum set . Last night’s show was great. Plenty of dance room right up front . Many pockets of dancers spread out throughout the floor . Does anyone know if lisa contractually has to get out on stage each show? I’m just wondering, nothing more.

  7. That was more fun than eating dirt! Highlights for me were Barraco doing far from me and encore Black muddy river. Tons more I am not recalling, just woke up. This band is tight!
